Helical Spring Seal
Helical spring energized seals use a continuous coil spring to provide a high and uniform sealing load. This structure generates greater sealing force compared to other spring types, making it especially suitable for static sealing, low-speed applications, and extreme operating conditions.
These seals perform reliably in high-pressure systems, vacuum environments, and cryogenic applications where material contraction or expansion must be compensated. They are commonly used in aerospace, energy, and high-end industrial equipment requiring robust and consistent sealing performance.
Made from high-performance materials like PTFE (Teflon), UHMWPE, and PEEK, Hansealing Helical Spring Seals are highly durable and resistant to chemical attack. PTFE provides low friction and excellent chemical resistance, UHMWPE offers wear resistance, and PEEK delivers superior strength for high-pressure and high-temperature environments.
